- PUNISHER is specifically expressed in differentiated endothelial cells. PUNISHER knockdown downregulated 802 genes involved in mitosis and cell division and upregulated 831 genes involved in cell adhesion and extracellular interactions. (PMID:25739401)
- AGAP2-AS1 is a prognostic biomarker for patients with GBM, and functions as an oncogenic lncRNA to modulate GBM cell proliferation, apoptosis, migration, and invasion, which suggests that AGAP2-AS1 is potential therapeutic target for GBM. (PMID:30525219)
- AGAP2-AS1 promoted glioma cell proliferation by sponging miR-15a/b-5p to upregulate the expression of HDGF (PMID:30684575)
