RP5-821D11.7 (co-expressed with PCNA), APCDD1L-AS1 (co-expressed with SEMA5A, SEMA6D, ADAMTSL1, ADAMTS6, SLIT3 and TNC) and RP11-277P12.9 (co-expressed with WNT2B) may be important lncRNAs associated with the prognosis of LUSC.
