DANCR (differentiation antagonizing non-protein coding RNA, HGNC:28964) is a long non-coding RNA gene on chromosome 4q12.

This gene produces a long non-coding RNA that functions as a negative regulator of cell differentiation. This transcript associates with enhancer of zeste homolog 2 to repress expression of the runt related transcription factor 2 gene. Increased expression of this transcript may be associated with cancer. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been observed.
