  • The expression of lncRNA EGFR-AS1 is decreased in preeclampsia patients, promoting disease progression by inhibiting EGFR-JAK/STAT signaling pathway. (PMID:30338781)
  • Data found that EGFRAS1 was abnormally upregulated in nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues and in plasma samples from patients with cisplatin-based chemotherapy resistance. Further results confirmed that EGFRAS1 mediated cell proliferation and chemoresistance through directly binding to microRNA223.
