- Knockdown of EGFR-AS1 inhibited the proliferation of GC cells via suppressing EGFR-dependent PI3K/AKT pathway in vitro and in vivo. (PMID:30138934)
- The expression of lncRNA EGFR-AS1 is decreased in preeclampsia patients, promoting disease progression by inhibiting EGFR-JAK/STAT signaling pathway. (PMID:30338781)
- Data found that EGFRAS1 was abnormally upregulated in nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues and in plasma samples from patients with cisplatin-based chemotherapy resistance. Further results confirmed that EGFRAS1 mediated cell proliferation and chemoresistance through directly binding to microRNA223. Therefore, EGFRAS1 overexpression-induced chemoresistance can contribute to poor prognosis in NSCLC. (PMID:30431074)
- EGFR-AS1 was significantly upregulated in renal cell carcinoma tissues, and enhances the malignant phenotype of renal cell carcinoma cells by enhancing HuR-mediated mRNA stability of EGFR. (PMID:30770799)
