- Results identified LINC00574 as a chemoresistance-associated long non-coding RNA (CRALA). In breast neoplasm specimens, non-responding tumors to chemotherapy had fourfold higher CRALA expression than responding tumors, and is associated with poor prognosis. Silencing of CRALA in chemoresistant breast cancer cells resensitizes the cells to chemotherapy in vitro. (PMID:28834648)
