- confirmed that LINC00628 mainly located in the nucleus and interacted with EZH2, and modulated genes expression by regulating H3K27me3 level (PMID:27272474)
- Results demostrated that LINC00628 expression was decreased in osteosarcoma. The overexpression of LINC00628 inhibited the proliferation, invasion and migration and promoted cell apoptosis in osteosarcoma cells through the inactivation of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway. The study indicated that LINC00628 may be a biomarker for the prognosis of osteosarcoma patients. (PMID:30280767)
