- MiR-642 regulates Linc00974 and KRT19 interaction determining tumor cell proliferation and metastasis in hepatocellular carcinoma. (PMID:25476897)
- findings suggested that arecoline-increased myofibroblast transdifferentiation was via LINC00974-mediated activation of TGF-beta signaling (PMID:30447113)
- arctigenin was shown to diminish the expression of LINC00974, which has been proven to activate TGF-b/Smad signaling for oral fibrogenesis. Taken together, we demonstrated that arctigenin may act as a suitable adjunct therapy for Oral submucous fibrosis . (PMID:30884781)
- In GC cells, LINC00974 overexpression led to upregulated, whereas LINC00974 siRNA silencing led to downregulated CDK6. Analysis of cell cycle progression and proliferation showed that LINC00974 and CDK6 overexpression promoted and siRNA silencing inhibited G1-S transition and cell proliferation. (PMID:31596614)
