  • findings suggested that arecoline-increased myofibroblast transdifferentiation was via LINC00974-mediated activation of TGF-beta signaling (PMID:30447113)
  • arctigenin was shown to diminish the expression of LINC00974, which has been proven to activate TGF-b/Smad signaling for oral fibrogenesis. Taken together, we demonstrated that arctigenin may act as a suitable adjunct therapy for Oral submucous fibrosis . (PMID:30884781)
