- The expression of long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 1410 (LINC01410) is elevated in papillary thyroid carcinoma (TC) cells. LINC01410 knockdown suppresses proliferation and facilitated apoptosis in TC. LINC01410 positively regulates forkhead box M1 (FOXM1) expression through targeting miR-3619-5p, and that FOXM1 in turn transcriptionally activates LINC01410. (PMID:31644316)
