- Results show that LINC01567 is up-regulated in colon neoplasm cancer stem cells. Its knockdown reduced cell proliferation, invasion, migration, and generation of tumor xenografts. Also, a reciprocal repression between LOCCS and miR-93 is found. (PMID:29110645)
