Literature-anchored findings (GeneRIF, showing 4)

  • Our study supports the first evidence that linc-POU3F3 plays an oncogenic role in hepatocellular carcinoma. (PMID:29906746)
  • LncRNA POU3F3 overexpression led to down-regulated TGF-beta1 expression, while exogenous TGF-b1 and TGF-b1 inhibitor treatment did not significantly change the expression level of lncRNA POU3F3. Therefore, lncRNA POU3F3 may promote cancer cell migration and invasion in nasopharyngeal carcinoma by up-regulating TGF-b1 (PMID:30602452)
  • Long noncoding RNA POU3F3 enhances cancer cell proliferation, migration and invasion in non-small cell lung cancer (adenocarcinoma) by downregulating microRNA-30d-5p. (PMID:32615948)
  • LncRNA POU3F3 Promotes Cancer Cell Proliferation, Migration, and Invasion in Renal Cell Carcinoma by Downregulating LncRNA GAS5. (PMID:34352801)
