- A three-lncRNA signature (LOC285194, RP11-462C24.1 and Nbla12061) identified via stepwise regression analysis showed potential as a diagnostic marker for colorectal cancer. (PMID:27683121)
- In vitro experiments suggested RPL34-AS1 inhibits esophageal cancer cell proliferation, migration and invasion through down-regulating RPL34 expression. In conclusion, RPL34-AS1 functions as tumor suppressor in esophageal cancer. (PMID:31574377)
