- Study identified a novel lncRNA SBF2-AS1 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that is upregulated and correlated with advanced TNM stage. SBF2-AS1 could promote proliferation of NSCLC cells in vitro and in vivo, suggesting that it might be an oncogenic lncRNA in NSCLC. (PMID:27154193)
