  • SMAD5-AS1 inhibits diffuse large B cell lymphoma proliferation by sponging miR-135b-5p to up-regulate APC expression and inactivate classic Wnt/beta-catenin pathway. (PMID:30874550)
  • SMAD5-AS1 silencing suppressed epithelial-mesenchymal transition, cell proliferation, migration, and invasion in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) by elevating miR-106a-5p to down-regulate SMAD5, which provided a novel therapeutic target for NPC treatment (PMID:31557058)
