- Death receptor 5 antisense long non-coding RNA (DR5-AS)(ENSG00000246130) is a cisplatin-inducible lncRNA and DR5-AS silencing caused reduction in proliferation without affecting cell death. Cellular analyses showed that DR5-AS knockdown impaired cell cycle and caused arrest at S and metaphase phases. Moreover, DR5-AS knockdown reduced the invasive capacity of HeLa cells in zebrafish xenograft model. (PMID:34497804)
